Though knowledgable in all aspects of the real estate transaction, Maura especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, educating them and walking them through the process of finding and buying the perfect first home, and relocation buyers, moving to our great city and exploring all it has to offer. A passionate lover of all things Atlanta, Maura is also the Creator/Editor of 365Atlanta.com, a hyper-local travel resource for newcomers and natives alike. Created with the goal of promoting local businesses, restaurants, festivals, vendors, and entrepreneurs, 365Atlanta.com has appeared on CBS Better Mornings Atlanta,in the Atlantan newsletter The Mod Life, and on Social Media Edge on Blog Talk Radio and on the Chic Perspectives radio Show. Maura is a graduate of Florida State University School of Music, has a Master of Arts in English literature (also from FSU) and is a former teacher. She is in charge of all marketing and advertising for the team, including team promotions, newsletters, and websites. Maura is also a frequent speaker across the country on social media and technology for business. She is a blogger for Inman Next and is a regular speaker at RETechSouth, CRS Sell-a-bration, the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico, the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, as well as local Atlanta-area Chambers of Commerce, the Georgia State Fire Symposium, PINK Magazine's "Spring Into Ownership" Conference, the Luxury Jewelers Resource Group, and Konica Minolta, among others. Maura writes The Gebhardt Group's blog, as well as her own blog, and is active in social networking and social media. Maura is passionate about Atlanta, social media, bacon, dark beer, and shoes. She lives in Johns Creek with her dog Charlie the Wonder Beagle, her husband, Ben, and three cats who wish to remain anonymous.

She earned a BS in Education from Miami University in Oxford, OH, and is a former corporate sales executive with Fortune 500 companies. As a REALTOR® Partner with The Gebhardt Group since 2006, Nancie uses her business background to help make your experience with The Gebhardt Group effortless. Nancie works with our clients as both a listing partner and a Buyer Specialist.  In 2004, she was ranked in the Top 100 in Communities Magazine and in the top 25 RE/MAX teams.
